Support Professional will access only data, files, and system properties deemed necessary
to resolve the specific problem request of the customer, and to provide the appropriate level of
customer service. The following data collection will only be on secured servers
and no use of any information will be disclosed and will be consistent with worldwide
practices for customer privacy and data protection.
Data collected
In order to provide Remote Assistance and Online Assisted Support we will generally collect:
First and Last Name, Email name, Address information, & Phone #. We do not intentionally
collect other forms of personally identifiable information. While it is possible that
such information may inadvertently be embedded in an accessed file,
we will not use it towards user identification.
How the data is used
Any data that we collect in delivering a service will be used strictly for the purpose of resolving the problems that users are experiencing. The information will be stored in a secure database with limited access,
and only for the purpose of delivering customer support. We will not use this information for
any marketing purposes.
Access to your data
We will provide you with the means to ensure that the
personally identifiable information collected is correct and current.
